DR. SMITH: I think sometimes patients misunderstand. And they think when they are going to a smaller program that they are not going to necessarily get the very best of treatment. But that is a misunderstanding. And I think that just as an example of that is that smaller programs have to comply with all the same kind of oversight and regulations that large programs have to. And there are a variety of oversights. The laboratory has to be accredited to be able to perform I.V.F. The laboratory director has to be board certified. The Food and Drug Administration oversees our egg donor program. And we have to belong to societies such as the society for assisted reproductive technology and follow their guidelines as well. So we are doing exactly the same things as the larger programs, but in my opinion we are doing them better.
